Here you can still connect to your fileserver or NAS drive from home but are still working on your PC or Laptop. Although this solution doesn’t have as many benefits as a remote desktop server, it’s another, less expensive way to work from home.

Microsoft Office 365

Host your emails files and folders in the cloud so they can be accessible from anywhere.  Large 50GB mailboxes are as standard with the Email Plan and up to 2TB of storage per license is available.  This is one way of not only storing files but sharing easily between team members and external clients if required.

As part of Office 365, Microsoft Teams will also help your staff to work collaboratively whilst remote, and includes features such as instant messaging, video conferencing, team/private chats, meeting scheduling, file sharing and even screen sharing.
