We keep an eye on your servers all day every day with our monitoring service, which tells us as soon as a business critical issue arises. This can be anything from making sure you have enough disk space to making sure your backups are working in the right way every night.

All of our contracted clients have their systems documented so they don’t need to worry about that. Our ticketing system allows a customer to see who reported what and when and how long we took to fix it. This level of reporting coupled with our regular client meetings allows complete transparency within the contract.

Our support contracts also give you a discount when it is time for new or updated equipment so that staying up-to-date isn’t as pricey as it would usually be.
