Coming from an IT Support background Richard is Microsoft qualified with Microsoft Certified IT Professional and Microsoft Certified Technology status, holding MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, MCTS Windows 7 Configuration and MCTS Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Configuration. Richard manages the Support team and is also able to help with telecoms advice and installations from the IPCortex range
of telephone systems.
