Dedicated service desk

Manned by a dedicated Microsoft accredited team which has full CRB checks who will deal with your requests quickly and efficiently, Bowker IT provides:

Bowker IT can also install an internal ticketing system for clients to help the team collaborate more effectively on work with schools. This helpdesk system, which allows school ICT users to log problems, is visible to both the school and the Bowker IT team. It allows school ICT managers to coordinate queries and escalate tasks to Bowker IT if and when required. The system also allows help desk enquiries to be traced and allows visibility of continuing problems to the school management team.

Flexible annual support contracts

Bowker IT offers a set number of hours per year for a fixed fee and then the team of technicians is in your hands. The support contracts are highly flexible; schools allocate the allotted support time in any way they see fit according to changing circumstances and priorities. From site visits and the installation of new equipment to fixing whiteboards and projectors, the budget is used in a way that suits the school.

This is all backed by a transparent pricing structure. If time isnít used in one year it can be rolled into the next. Conversely, if towards the end of your contract you run out of time, Bowker IT can top up your contract with no disruption to the support you receive or surprises in terms of cost.

Remote monitoring of servers

Through the remote server monitoring service, the Bowker IT team of technicians is alerted the instant a critical issue arises. This enables the team to address the issue straight away to keep the schoolís systems running smoothly.
